Writer Experience
The writer had encountered a breakdown in the production process because the dough was not mixed uniformly, and even during the baking process. The writer did the baking process for 1 hour and it made the bread's surface as hard as a rock. After the first failed bakery experiment, the second bakery attempt was successful. That is because the dough is well mixed and it takes just about 25 minutes to bake.
